"...for there is no other name under heaven, given to mankind, by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12
No other name beneath the sky: Only You, Savior Jesus Christ! Sun of Righteousness! You shine on high— And death's dark sting has lost its bite!
Sacrificed for all the world's transgression... With Your blood You ransomed us to God! Lamb of God at heaven's royal session, You have drunk the cup of suffering's rod!
Wonderful in all Your deeds... Counselor... You—living water, Bread from heaven's store. Mighty God and Father of eternity—You are! Prince of Peace! Death conquered, You restore!
You regenerate us through water and Spirit, You kindle faith's small flame in darkened night! You open minds... and hearts that hear it... That they may heed what God will say aright.
You fill my lips with songs of praise! Your glory shines on me most bright! I merge with hymns through heaven's ways— Praise God, O my soul, with all your might!
---PRAYER_OF_REPENTANCE--- TITLE: Prayer of Repentance (Upon Psalm 50)
Have mercy, O God! Forgive, I pray... I have committed wickedness still! Blot out my sins, take them away... By Your mercy and grace, fulfill!
You are righteous, pure in judgment's way! Your decrees are true as well! Yet I was born in sin's dark grey, But You have loved me—O Israel!
My transgressions I now confess! My sin forever stands in sight! Wash me many times, cleanse my distress, That I may stand before You right!
Create in me a heart most clean... Grant me the joy of Your salvation's way, Renew the right spirit deep within, Lord, You can do all things—I pray!
Accept the contrite heart's request... This sacrifice You hold most dear... And with Your sovereign Spirit blessed, Do not cast me off, I fear!
My lips, O Lord, open once more, That they be filled with praise to You! That I Your truth might now proclaim before All people—and return to You!
How great Your mercy, Lord on high! Your compassion without measure flows! Let spirit, soul, and reason's eye, My flesh—all praise Your greatness shows!
