The Pious Woman Teaches What Is Good

Evhenyi Bakhmutskyi

God instructs the elder women or matriarchs to teach the younger ones in goodness. The reality is that regardless of your age, you are always a "senior woman" to someone—even if it's merely an adolescent.

Your life's example teaches others. Teaching through conversations and women's prayer groups or Bible studies—this too is a great blessing. If you strive to become a mentor to someone—if you make the effort to extend a helping hand to a young woman—this will be an immense blessing for you both.

Look around and see if there is a woman a few years (or many years) younger than you who needs a new Christian friend. Start a conversation with her, invite her for a cup of coffee or to your home. Then, as you come to know her in everyday life, show her and tell her what it means to be a pious woman.
