"I wrote poems since childhood," Svetlana writes about herself. "At 16, I believed in Jesus Christ, and my lyrics changed to Christian. At 18, I got married. Children were born... And I extinguished my gift, not finding a use for it in my spiritual life. For long 15 years, my talent was buried in the ground. And only occasionally I sighed about this, reading the poems of wonderful Christians... But in 2013, when I was 33 years old, I experienced a real spiritual awakening. It was a powerful breakthrough, God's victory in my life! The Holy Spirit filled all my thoughts, feelings, and deeds and gave me a huge desire to serve Him. And poems began to be born... Poems were written every day, and sometimes several in a day for a year. Friends joked: You must be repaying debts for 15 years.' The Lord helped to publish four collections: Overflowing Pitcher,' Reflection,'Step of Faith,' and Holy Thirst.' Now the fifth is being prepared. And I pray that His hand does not let go of me. I am very grateful to the Lord for His inspiration, for His immeasurable mercy to me!..."
