Pleasure

Vera Kyrychenko

I want to enjoy You; Because I know You, because I believe. That which brings peace to the heart, Relieving me of doubt.

I want to admire You. I remember how it happened in life: I was unhappy with fate And so many things upset me.

Both joy and pain came. Dreams didn't come true, I thought And it seemed like great love I already promised happiness in life.

I now realize the mistake: The joy is that You show mercy, And my lost soul You save with an undeserved sacrifice.

What is my life, dirty flow Cleansed by grace through faith, Helped me see everything in the light, To correct your heart and thoughts.
