The World of These Days Is Corrupted by Satan

Elena Shustriakova

The world of these days is corrupted by Satan, A terrible time draws near. Blessed if you by Jesus are forgiven And washed clean from your head to your rear.

The Church will be raptured away. The Bridegroom will come And declare to the Father on high: "Upon Golgotha's cross I was crucified for them, I gave up My life—not in vain did I die..."

But if you have not yet come to the Lord, If you've wandered and lingered too long, Remember: God left His throne and adored So that you might find comfort in song.

I know not if you are poor or are great, How you've been raised: freely or stern, But the Christian family welcomes your fate, If your heart upon God will turn.

The day's eaten by cares, by another's cruel press, Failure has made its dark nest... God left Heaven's heights from that throne to bless, So your life would be filled with His rest.

I know not what dreams filled your yesterday's night, Whether your years are many or few, But a sister is born in the Christian's light, If your heart upon God will turn true!

The world of these days is corrupted by Satan, He wages his war without shame. Blessed if you by Jesus are forgiven. The cup fills... little time now remains...
