God turns the storm into silence

Yryna Karkhut

God turns the storm into silence The furious waves are silent, And the soul rushing to the bottom, The rays of the Lord's mercy caress.

But calm, like the fleeting shine of the sun, Adversity overwhelms my shuttle, Both fear and lack of faith are grotesque The boat of life is broken on the reefs.

God knows all the thorns and poison of the reefs, And how the soul suffered from rudeness, Pitch hell will not crush her, It contains the value of noble coral.

Be silent, storm of doubts, stop! – Christ is my Guardian, He neither sleeps nor slumbers, The dangers are an invisible line. But God in the elements of evil embraces me.

The deception of despair will dissipate And the pier will sparkle in the sky, The underwater reef will disappear like fog And the soft breeze of hope will overwhelm you.

God will lead you freely on the waves, Teach me to watch, to pray, I will cling to Calvary and to the holy hands, Only at the Cross will the soul be transformed!
