The Christmas Star

Above the whole world there has shined The star of our Savior Christ. The heavens proclaimed joy refined, A holy message rang with might: "A King is born in Bethlehem, A Child in humble manger poor. The Babe wrapped upon straw stem— The Creator blesses evermore."

Go and honor this Child too, As shepherds did that blessed night, In that joyous, sacred moment bright!... Why do you wait, what holds you back? For the wise men from distant lands Came to offer worship from afar. And I also call to your hands: "Honor the holy Infant star!"

In Him is salvation and forgiveness. Beginning and end to all things, He is Alpha, Omega's witness, He is also the Creator of all beings. Whoever bows before Him low, Whoever lets this Child reside— In their life a change will grow, Such ones the Creator sanctified.
