Her feminine purity and innocence became her cleansing power for her husband too! In moments of temptation, “like a fleeting vision,” her tender image appeared before him. He saw lovely features... He saw a vision of such purity that he turned away with disgust and horror from the cup of temptation tempting his soul. And his rebellious soul began to awaken, and “divinity, and inspiration, and life, and tears, and love” were resurrected for it again (A. Pushkin). And just as before his heart rushed to his home...

“Life is so fragile that any parting can turn out to be eternal” (A.F. Romanova). “Going into the operation, my wife was not afraid of death, only she looked at me and the children somehow sadly... And then everything around me dimmed, the world seemed to stand still, and I truly realized that I was losing the woman I loved. All my egoism, all my dressed-up “bestiality” began to resurrect. And I suddenly became afraid—not for her, because she had found peace with the Lord and learned to love—but for herself. Conscience has finally awakened, “the hand of God has touched me” (Job 19:21). The caring Vinedresser began to prune my hardened heart, cleansing it from my sinful self... Having received my spiritual sight, I looked at my wife in a completely new way and... fell in love. He loved her more than in the first days of their acquaintance... And, kneeling by her bed, he began to cry...”

The chains of hope are breaking Like a thin thread; You need to believe as before And don't blame fate. Let love be like a torch Or advertising lights, If men cry That means they love it.
