About the book
Developing quality teachers is an important aspect of expanding the FamilyLife ministry. The style of speaking we teach and encourage for FamilyLife teachers emphasizes humor and personal stories, including stories of our mistakes and weaknesses. This style can set our events apart from typical church services and ultimately help us reach a younger, more secular audience. Someone has said, “It is our personal stories that God uses to touch hearts, and the jokes we tell that attract listeners for the next year.”
