My path with God

How do we come to God? How does it happen? What do we feel and how do we know that from now on we live only to serve the Lord? Understanding God’s will happens to everyone in their own way, at different ages and in different circumstances. Sometimes we don’t even suspect that God has already begun working in our hearts, that He is speaking to us – in our thoughts or dreams. Sometimes we resist God’s work in us, trying to achieve everything on our own, to break out of the swamp of numerous life situations, aimlessly pulling ourselves by the hair. But even in this case, He, with fatherly love, continues His work – for He loved us as we are: weak, indecisive, but at the same time self-confident and stubborn. The testimony that I want to present to you is precisely about this. I am one of many whom God miraculously called to Himself, forcing us to forget about career, fame and many other worldly temptations. And today I want to once again – now together with you – turn back the pages of my life, once again go through the path by which the Lord led me into His wonderful light. Sometimes sad, sometimes funny or touching – all these stories are about how God changed my heart, my thoughts and my whole being.
