Andrei Neyfeld

Andrei Neyfeld
Andrei Neyfeld is from Karaganda. He was born in 1960. He currently lives in the state of Minnesota. “Love for poetry was noticed in me even in childhood,” says the author. “My mother was a very creative person; apparently, I inherited something from her. But I began to write poetry more systematically since 1996. Around the same time, I organized a literary circle at the church in the city of Prokhladny (in Kabardino-Balkaria), and after a few years, we began to publish a Christian literary newspaper ‘Fragrance’… In 2001, Andrei’s family moved to America, and here he conducted working creative evenings of original songs for 15 years. For a long time, he wrote lyrics for songs. There are already about seven hundred of them. Now Andrei writes mainly poetry. In 2016 and 2017, two collections of his poems were published: “In Lines and Between the Lines” and “A Time to Gather Stones.” He participates in the creative social network “Poembook.”
