Creativity is a unique gift from God. It is the ability to see and feel life in a different way and always in a different way.
A writer, whether a poet or a novelist, opens the door to the world around him, so that everyone who reads can look at it through the eyes of another person. It is a pity that not all people know how to appreciate this gift. It is doubly pleasant when a writer finds inspiration in prayerful contemplation of God. As Pushkin wrote, “to the will of God, oh muse, be obedient”. After all, it is in such moments that lines are born that do not just delight the reader with beauty, but draw his soul towards God.
Before you is the almanac “Times”, prepared by the Russian Library of Sacramento. This is a collection of works of different authors of our time, who have become known in Christian circles and not only. I am sure you will have an interesting dialogue.

At that time… people who believed in God were labelled “obscurantists” by government officials, including the education system, and religion “the opium of the people”. In such a system, the believer was given a choice: either to stop going to church or to say goodbye to the desire for higher education forever.
