Alexander Savchenko and other civilians of the city of Mariupol are fleeing in the basement of a church from the incessant bombardment from the Russian side

Alexander Savchenko – writer, poet, doctor of theology, member of the Union of Writers of Russia, member of the “Azovye” litho association, author of numerous books – has been fleeing the incessant bombardment from the Russian side in the basement of a church for three weeks together with other civilians of the city of Mariupol. He did not leave his native Mariupol. There were opportunities, but he gave way to younger people. He said that he would die in Mariupol. Pray and raise your voice to Him who can save from premature death!

Thanks to all who continue to pray for the people in distress in besieged Mariupol. After several weeks in the basement of the church, Brother Alexander and his wife Tatyana Ivanovna, along with some other residents of the city, were able to be evacuated to a safer place.
